RHI's RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS
March 15, 2020 - RHI Response to Coronavirus
The coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be fast-changing in Minnesota and globally. This is unprecedented times and we at RHI want to be responsive and thoughtful to the needs of our clients, their families, our clinicians and the community at large.
It is important to us that we continue providing services to all our clients. At this time, plan to keep our Woodbury and Golden Valley locations open. We are taking extra precautions for cleaning and disinfecting our spaces. This includes more frequent sanitizing commonly touched areas (door handles, lobby).
RHI is also moving to offer telehealth services. Telehealth is not covered by all insurance companies historically, yet we have heard that some are beginning to make changes to policies in response to this changing landscape. If you are interested in this service delivery, we ask that you check with your insurance plan about coverage for telehealth (also known as telemedicine). If your policy does not cover this, we have the option for private pay. There will be additional forms to review and sign in Simple Practice regarding consent for telehealth.
During this time, please take care of your physical and emotional hygiene; wash hands, practice social distancing, nourish and restore your body with intention. Please call/email to reschedule your appointment if:
You are experiencing any cough, fever, shortness of breath, or other flu-like symptoms.
You have been exposed to others with these symptoms.
You have recently traveled outside of the United States.
